The partners and management are committed to achieving a real and sustainable positive impact on the broader community in which we live and work.  We believe that it is essential that both as a firm and as individuals we should operate in an environmentally conscious manner. Our objective is to minimise the impact of our business activity on the environment, as well as to support environmentally sustainable practises within the larger community. 

Education
Excellent schools and well-educated citizens are critical building blocks for economic vitality and a desirable quality of life in the communities where we live and work. We support a range of projects and initiatives that make learning accessible and enjoyable; our support is geared towards stimulating the quest for sound knowledge and arming educational institutions/organisations with support or resources to meet various learning needs. 

Empowerment
Part of being a good corporate citizen is a willingness to invest time, talent and resources into building strong communities. Caledonian does this in a variety of ways, including supporting the community through philanthropic initiatives that aim to build up individuals and/or provide solutions to social issues. Our employees also generously get behind a number of community outreach events and volunteer their time to help to make those events successful.
