• Guidance on compliance and reporting to CIMA.
• Assistance with all regulatory submissions.
• Authorised Agent.
• Report all change in Cayman laws and regulations back to Head Office.
• Local Account Services for the “B” licenced Bank.
• Non-exclusive office space.
• International Payment services (online) 24/7.
• Payment of local expenses.
• Other Administrative Services including filing annual returns and payment of CIMA’s annual licensee fee.
• With the assistance of Caledonian’s Trust Company we also offer the following services:
• Assistance with incorporation of Cayman Company.
