Darts has always been a popular sport, but over the last few years it’s become a bit of a craze!

Once thought of as a British ‘pub’ sport, Premier League Darts is huge, and it’s getting bigger…but you still get that great night out with it. Anyone who’s ever been will tell you that, and when you go once, you’ll go again.

Goals galore

The beautiful game of Football has long been the national sport, and long live the Saturday 3pm kick-offs! They’re something you don’t get to see on TV, so if someone like Manchester City are at home to a Premier League rival at that time, you have to go to the Etihad!

The Premier League is still considered the best football league in the world, and getting to a match is a must-do for football fans. Getting tickets can be another thing though!

And then there’s the Champions League, the WSL, The FA Cup and England internationals! Pre-season? Does that even really exist anymore when the men’s England side are playing and the Lionesses are winning some sort of championship or another.

On the Track

A day at the races is one of the more social days out on the sporting calendar, and it’s an excuse to get suited, booted, and dressed up to the nines. So many groups of friends make sure they do a race trip at least once a year, and it’s easy to make it a tradition.

The Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National are the biggest horse racing events on the UK circuit, and being there for race day always beats watching it on the telly.

The same can be said for other track events, such as the F1. The British Grand Prix in summer at Silverstone attracts thousands of die-hard motor racing fans from all over the country, and it has a full-throttle atmosphere like nowhere else…and that’s why Formula 1 tickets can be so hard to come by!

The MotoGP keeps a summer full of speed at Silverstone going too. The noisy engines and the cheers from the crowd make it another race event packed with excitement and adrenaline. There’s non-stop entertainment on race days too, with live music, stunt shows, and plenty of food and drink around.

The Challenge Cup final has always been the big one to win and draws huge crowds. And the Magic WKND is huge event in the middle of the season that sees a every team play at Hill Dickinson stadium in Liverpool over the course of two days.
