When you book a break with Caledonian Travel, your money is deposited in a totally safe and secure, independently audited Trust account.

All monies paid to us and/or our agents for your holiday are deposited in a secure independent Trust Account held with our partners Santander, under the management of PT Trustees and ABTOT (Associated Bonded Travel Operator Trust). This means that if your holiday is cancelled by us, you will always be able to obtain a full refund within 7 days.

For your total peace of mind and protection your money goes straight into an independently audited Trust Fund that is not released to Caledonian Travel until you have returned from your break. This means that if the break cannot go ahead and you are not interested in any alternatives, we can offer you, we guarantee you will get a full refund within 7 days!

This is managed by an independent professional travel trustee (PT Trustees). Customer monies are further protected by a bond with The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) membership number 5472, providing financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.  Your travel funds will be segregated from general operational funds of Caledonian until your holiday is complete and fulfilled, excepting an agreed sum which is protected by the ABTOT bond. Therefore, in the very unlikely event of our insolvency, you will be fully protected and refunded in full. ABTOT bonding which also provides for repatriation if transportation was included in your package.
