It’s the perfect location for a break away, discovering one of Europe’s most visited countries. Experience a wonderful alpine adventure on our Austrian Alps Spectacular and The Sound of Music tour, which takes in stunning locations such as Hallstatt, Kitzbuhel and Bad Ischl.

You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the charming city of Salzburg, with its impressive architecture and fascinating attractions, including Mozart’s Birthplace where the composer was born in 1756.

Our coach holiday includes the Sound of Music Guided Tour during which you can immerse yourself in the story of the Von Trapp family and their nanny, whilst visiting some of the original film locations around the historic city.

Our European holidays include coach travel with reserved seating, bed & breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast hotel accommodation and a programme of excursions. For your comfort, we don’t travel overnight on our European holidays. Instead, some of our holidays include overnight hotel or ferry accommodation, before the onward journey to your holiday destination.

Steam cog railway and boat cruise on Lake Achensee. - The cog railway has made its way up the mountain from Jenbach in the Inntal Valley to Lake Achensee, for over 130 years dating back to 1889 covering almost seven kilometers and is the oldest of its kind in Europe. Enjoy the romantic landscapes and woodland as the train makes its way to Lake Achensee Tirol’s largest lake, for a leisurely panoramic boat cruise.

Innsbruck - Nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps, Innsbruck is a charming city renowned for its blend of historical and natural attractions. The city’s Old Town, with its medieval architecture and landmarks like the Golden Roof, offers a glimpse into its rich past

Mayrhofen - Set in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, Mayrhofen is perfectly positioned between the spectacular Penken and Ahorn mountains, offering an unforgettable alpine experience year-round.

Neuschwanstein Castle - located in the Bavarian Alps of Germany near the town of Füssen, is one of the most iconic and picturesque castles in the world. Commissioned by King Ludwig II of Bavaria in the 19th century, the castle was intended as a personal retreat and a homage to the operas of composer Richard Wagner.
